What is L1st.ai?
L1st.ai turns the things you actually buy into a private product library. Scan a receipt, speak an item, or type a prompt like "add ingredients for bolognese" and the products land in your library. Building next week's list is then a matter of tapping what you need. On top of that, we read the weekly Belgian retailer leaflets and flag the deals that land on your list.
Which devices does it work on?
The web app runs at l1st.ai in any browser. Native apps are available for iOS and Android. Everything syncs in real time, so you can plan on a laptop and shop on your phone.
Do I need an account to try it?
Yes, a free account. Signing up gives you a 14-day trial with full access to every AI feature, no credit card. After the trial the core features stay free forever.
Where is L1st.ai available?
Everywhere — you can create an account and use L1st.ai from any country. The app is available in English, French and Dutch, with more languages possibly following. Promo matching currently covers Belgian retailer leaflets, so that part is most useful if you shop in Belgium.
How do I add products to my library?
Four ways: scan a receipt or photo and let AI extract the items, say an item out loud, type a natural-language prompt, or add it by hand. Voice and manual entry are always free.
Can I share a list with my family?
Yes, and it is free. Share any shopping list and everyone sees additions and check-offs live. Your product library stays private — only the items on the shared list are visible to collaborators.
Can I use L1st.ai with Claude or ChatGPT?
Yes. L1st.ai runs an MCP server, so you can connect it to Claude, ChatGPT, or any MCP-compatible assistant and manage your lists from chat. See the Use with AI page for setup.
Free tier, trial & subscriptions
What stays free forever?
Voice commands, manual entry, up to 3 active lists, 30 days of shopping history, Shop Mode, and list sharing with family. Your lists and data stay yours whether or not you subscribe.
How does the 14-day free trial work?
You get full access to every AI feature for 14 days, no credit card. If you do not subscribe, your account simply drops back to the free tier. Nothing is charged unless you choose to subscribe.
What does a subscription cost?
€3.99 per month, cancel anytime. It unlocks receipt scanning, the AI prompt method, flame urgency indicators, promo matching, price tracking, and unlimited lists and history.
How do I cancel?
Subscriptions are billed through the App Store or Google Play. Cancel by turning off auto-renewal in your store's subscriptions page. You keep full access until the end of the billing period, then move to the free tier with all your data intact.
I subscribed but premium features are still locked.
Try Restore Purchases in the app settings first. If that does not help, check that you are signed in with the same Apple ID or Google account you paid with. Still stuck? Use the form below and we will fix it on our side.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are handled by Apple or Google, depending on where you paid. Use Apple's Report a Problem page or Google Play's refund request. EU consumers also have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal.
Privacy & your data
Is my product library private?
Yes. Your library is visible only to you. When you share a shopping list, collaborators see that list and nothing else.
Do you sell my shopping data?
No. We do not sell or rent your personal data. The full detail is in our Privacy Policy.
How do I delete my account?
Go to the delete-account page or use Settings in the app. Deletion is permanent and removes your lists, library, receipts, and history.
Can I get a copy of my data?
Yes. Send a data request through the form below and we will export it for you within the statutory period.
